CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

TRAINING OBJECTIVES: 

The purpose of this course is to train the Customer Services Representative (CSR) for multinational and private organizations. After the completion of this course students will be able to build good customers relationship by providing accurate & in time information and services. Solve customer’s problem by using small action. Operate computer and office equipment according to office requirement; handle the filing and telephone calls. Reply to queries, office order, emails to satisfy customers and work collaboratively with sales team.
